Ordering your portraits:
Everyone wants something ​different so we offer a
little bit of everything. You choose what ever
is best for your particular needs. Some people
need a lot , and some only need a few sheets.

When you are making your purchase, our prices
already reflect everything needed. There will be
no hidden fees, or extra ​expenses. We dont
charge per outfit, or per person. We only charge for
what you are ordering.

For example:
When you purchase a 24x30 wall portrait
the price of that includes the following:

1. The photographers time taking
everyones portraits.

2. The sales session

3. The retouching process of making
your portraits look absolutely perfect.

4. Printing your order or digital delivery




We offer the following items:

Individual Sheets

Individual sheets range from $25.00
on up for those who only need a few
sheets, or just one large wall portrait.


Packages

Packages range from $350.00 on up
for those who need a lot of various
items included into your package order.
​Portraits, albums, digital copies, etc.


Albums

Our custom leather albums are perfect
for showing your wedding coverage,
special events, graduations and
other milestones in your life. Albums
start at $300.00 on up. We do not
offer shipping for Albums, and
this is only available for pickup only.


Composites

Composites are a fun way to express
yourself, and those who don't want
to frame a lot of images individually.
A composite is one image with
multiple portraits on it. High
School Seniors love it ! Composites
start at $150.00 on up.


Digital options
Digital images are offered as
well. Price will depend on how
many images you are ordering.
Digital options start at $75 on up.





​Payment Plans
​
We offer payment plans for those who wish
to order a large amount of photographs, &
need to make arrangements paying for
the rest of the order that's placed. We
are more than happy to help you.

The way our payment plans work:

1. We ask for at least a $100.00
deposit on your order the day
the order is placed.

2. A payment of at least $100.00
per month until your order
​has been paid off.

3. All payments are due by the
first of every month.
​A late fee of $25.00 ​is applied if it’s
​past the 5th of each month.

4. Your order will be printed/released
once your order has been paid in full.



Payments accepted are:
​Cash, Check, Venmo, or Zelle



Turn around time
When you place your order a normal turn
around time or due date is around
4-6 weeks depending on what you order.
You can add a rush to your order if that’s something you wish to do. A rush fee
of $50 is added per week you want it
rushed. Albums usually take a bit longer depending on your order. Only digital orders/items can a rush sooner than a
​week turnaround time.

WILL HAVE THE ARTISTS COMPANY LOGO ON THE BOTTOM
OF EACH IMAGE UNLESS PRIOR PERMISSION IS GIVEN
FROM PORTRAIT REFLECTIONS STAFF/OWNERS. PRICE LISTS
ON OUR SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
DUE TO MATERIALS CHANGING IN COST.

PORTRAIT REFLECTIONS HOLDS ALL COPYRIGHTS, TO
ALL OF THE ARTWORK, AT ALL TIMES. UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE ARTISTS WORK BE
COPIED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN LEGAL CONSENT.
COPYRIGHT LAWS ARE ATTACHED TO ALL OF OUR
ARTWORK. VIOLATORS WILL BE PROSECUTED.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL OUR EMPLOYEES
TOLERATE ANY VERBAL OR PHYSICAL ABUSE FROM
ANY CUSTOMER/BUSINESS. THIS VIOLATION WILL
TERMINATE ANY BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP AT THAT
POINT, AND AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. ACTION
WILL BE TAKEN IF NEEDED. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES,
OR RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN IF OUR STAFF HAVE TO
TERMINATE DUE TO ANY ABUSE. THE PROPER
AUTHORITIES WIL BE CALLED IF NECESSARY. WE
HAVE A 100% NO TOLERANCE POLICY TO VERBAL OR
PHYSICAL BEHAVIOR FROM ANY CUSTOMER OR BUSINESS.
